The hotel had a welcoming lady at the front, but the rooms felt old and in need of updating, giving off a dingy and unwelcoming vibe. The staff were friendly but not very visible, making the service feel lacking. However, the location right next to Worthing Station was perfect for my visit, despite some security issues. The dining experience had its challenges with some meals being unavailable, yet there were fresh and seasonal options available. Overall, an average stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the train station, with clean and tidy rooms, but the dining options were not worth the extra cost. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The bed was comfy, but the room had a terrible smell of smoke, forcing us to find another place to stay for the night. The location was convenient, but the noisy environment marred our stay.
